By downloading or using PixelToVoxel ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The App is developed and published by A5 Multimedia Limited ("we", "us"), Wrexham, North Wales.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

Your Content

All pixel art and 3D models you create using PixelToVoxel belong to you. You are free to use your creations for any personal or commercial purpose.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional In-App Purchases that unlock additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. To manage or cancel subscriptions, visit your App Store account settings.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and built-in sample assets, is the property of A5 Multimedia Limited and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App itself.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
